Our concrete and masonry business branches out into many fields and services, from concrete and masonry to selective demolition. We are a union contractor and certified women owned business with a standard of excellence learned from decades of service.
Minnesota Concrete Specialties is certified by the Central CERT Certification Program as a Women Business Enterprise (S/WBE).

Our mission is to complete every project successfully with a Zero Injury Policy, keeping everyone involved safe and satisfied. Ultimately our drive is for employees to have the skills needed to identify and evaluate risks in the work place, themselves. Cost-efficiency and project success can only be secured with this in mind.
Our policy states:
“All employees are obligated to conduct their work in a safe manner, to stop work immediately to correct any unsafe condition that is encountered, and to take corrective action so that work may proceed in a safe manner.”
To make this possible, we create project-specific safety plans for almost every job and our crews receive OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 training. We take pride in our ability to succeed with every project and relationship without compromising quality.
When we work with other teams, contractors and projects our number one priority is the long-term relationship this will build. We want relationships built on integrity, performance and value. To achieve this, we consistently meet the changing needs of our client with quality services delivered by the best employees.
Over the years our company has had the pleasure to work on many exciting projects and with some of the most upstanding companies. We worked on the North Star Lofts, creating window and elevator openings for renovations. We also worked on The Historic Machine Shop for a carefully crafted demolition project. The Historic Machine Shop building was built in 1900 and it was in need of specialized historic remodeling, which we were able to assist with.
